BossHog’s Catering was started in 2010 by Wayne Norman, down Essex way, what began as a weekend hobby, soon became a passion. A lot has changed since his humble beginnings & now 8 years on, he has now entrusted it to me, Brendon Matthews, to bring his love & passion to the North West.

Due to BossHog’s excellent service we aim to cater for around 250 of your finest guests.

With our stainless-steel Tasty Trotter Hog Roast, dedicated management & staff, passion & uncompromising standards, we’re capable of catering to large corporate functions or small intimate functions.

How we cook?

All our Tasty Trotter Hog Roasts are fully stainless-steel units. The Hog roasts are gas operated for operating indoors & outdoors. “Slow n’ Low”, while using infra-red thermometers we can maximize cooking time, this ensures that your meats are cooked right through, whatever the roast. The entire process is also completely smokeless. The hog roast has its own drip tray to ensure no mess, no fuss. All roasts & some of the sides are served directly from the hog roast, to ensure that your menu is served warm. Your menu is freshly prepared, professionally presented & value for money.
